What is your interest in the CreativesDC beta community?

I am an artist in DC and i am interested in seeing the artist play a major role in improving the quality of life of all its residents East and West of the Rivers

How are you using your imagination and original ideas to enrich our economy and culture in DC, and beyond? Or, how would you like it to?

I am a poet and visual artist. i also volunteer my time and expertise to art and a development non-profits in DC.

What place/scene/event do you think DC needs to attract more creatives?
