Are you a connector? The life of the party? Are you the pied piper of your friend group, who loves to get people together (and even play match maker?). Do you know everybody in town … and can you get them to follow to you to your favorite restaurant, nightclub, and / or art exhibition? Are you interested in making money just by bringing 25 of those people together to paint, drink and be merry? If so, then we should definitely talk about you being an ArtJamz host. ArtJamz is a franchisable, meaning, we are able to work with third parties to empower them to host their own ArtJamz session in order to generate revenue for us and you, the guest host.
How does it work? It’s rather simple – we provide the location, all the materials, the website, the ticketing, and the social media and online tools for you to reach out to your network. All you need to do is get 25 people to sign up and have a great night at ArtJamz. During the night of ArtJamz, you will help set up and break down, and be the host or hostess with the mostest. You’ll paint with everybody, make sure everyone feels comfortable and gets to know each other, and ensure the night is as cool and fun as you.
Thanks!

ABOUT ARTJAMZ
WL ART TV: The Lauch of ArtJamz at Gallery 31 from Washington Life Magazine on Vimeo.
Each ArtJammer pays (about $60) and registers online to select an upcoming ArtJamz session. The night of ArtJamz they receive a canvas on an easel, paint and materials, and get four hours to create an original work of art – which is yours to take home! Wine and soft drinks, hors d’œuvres, great music, and an artsy ArtJamz host (not to mention your fellow intrepid Artjammers) will keep the creative juices flowing even in the most uncreative of souls.
ArtJamz was founded by Michael M. Clements as a production of Genki Media LLC, a company dedicated to the incubation, consultation for and management of creative enterprises in the Washington DC metro area. “The goal of Genki Media is to help foster the creative economy of the DC Metro Area on an independent and entrepreneurial small business level. ArtJamz is one of the first projects we’ve undertaken, and it speaks directly to what Genki Media stands for – getting DMV residents creatively engaged,” says Clements.
